Job Description:
NextLevel Detailing, a growing player in the Ohio private aviation service industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team of Detailers. As a Detailer, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling Facility FBO (Fixed Base Operator) duties and maintaining the pristine condition of aircraft through scheduled cleaning services. This is primarily a janitorial position to upkeep and maintain the Columbus hangar facility, more aircraft detailing work will be available to applicants after required training.
Key Responsibilities:
FBO Detailing Duty: Maintaining the CMH hangar facility (FBO) is the top priority of all NextLevel Detailing employees, complete all FBO duties, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Monthly, weekly, and daily cleanings are to be conducted regularly as scheduled, and closing FBO duty tasks are to be completed nightly.
Aircraft Detailing Services: Execute and assist in the completion of scheduled aircraft cleaning services. This includes interior and exterior detailing to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Aircraft work may be scheduled on short notice and outside of normal business hours and a flexible schedule is required.
Safety:Complete all assigned work in a safe and professional manner. Follow your SOP for best practices, and always ask your supervisor if you are unsure about any process. No horseplay and cutting-corners will be tolerated.
Qualifications:
Auto-Detailing Experience: While not required, prior auto-detailing, cleaning, or related industry experience is preferred.
Basic Aircraft Knowledge: While comprehensive training will be provided, a basic understanding or interest in aircraft operations is preferred as we service the private aviation industry.
Hardworking: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and quality in every task.
Quality Oriented: Strive for perfection in every detail, ensuring that our clients receive the exceptional service they expect from NextLevel Detailing.
Reliable Transportation:Driving, a valid driver's license, and a reliable form of transportation is a requirement of this position. Some aircraft work may require use of personal vehicle from CMH to a job site, that will be compensated at the IRS Standard rate of $0.66/mile.
Education: Possess a high school degree or equivalent.
Criminal Background: No felonies on record and ability to pass a 10yr Federal Background

Compensation: After training, pay begins at $17/hour with the ability to earn Aircraft Bonuses on top of your hourly rate for aircraft detailing services completed during your shift. Bonuses are contingent on training, sign-off ability, and customer satisfaction.

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
